THE NEXT MILESTONE

The three hands of the clock never fail to guide us through the rough times of our lives. The first stop of our journey lands on the station filled with beautiful and cheerful memories of our childhood, filled with the echoes of our joyous and melodious voices.

Childhood is most beautiful phase in everyone’s life. This is the time when our minds are free to explore the world encompassing us, and to seek joy and happiness from all the little things in our own bijou way.

The euphoria of getting to learn new things and the excitement of attending the first day of school are some of the indescribable moments. Even the faintest memories of our childhood, brings a wide smile on our faces.

Flipping through the pages of my memories and stumbling upon them, is just a different emotion altogether. The zest to meet new friends and the zeal to break free the barriers and sore in the open sky. The adrenaline rush on your first stage performance. The birthday parties at home and the joys of receiving a star in the notebook by the teacher. The struggles to invent a new game to cheer up the boring span while waiting for the school bus. The fears of the first open house and what not! These were the thrills, the buzz, and the adventures of my childhood that made it amazing and full of life.

Childhood is not just a phase of our live that we need to struggle our way out, it is that part of life which sculpts a strong foundation for the exhilarating journey that awaits us.
